By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. kobe4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through KTP (Indonesian national identity card) verification or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing kobe4d from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your jurisdiction's regulations. kobe4d is not liable for any violations of local laws that may result from your use of our services.
Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or household (determined by matching personal details, IP address, device fingerprints, payment methods, or other technical identifiers), we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated transactions, and confiscate funds and winnings without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kobe4d immediately via our 24/7 customer support channels. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and enabling any additional security features we may offer.
kobe4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account standing.
Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00 to 20:00 WIB for most banks, though exact hours vary by institution). Deposits made outside banking hours will be credited within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits process instantly at all times. kobe4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Players may request withdrawals to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours, subject to completion of KYC verification (see section 3.5). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete at least one successful deposit and meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses (see section 4). Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures which may require submission of KTP, proof of address, and/or bank account documentation. kobe4d reserves the right to request additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected. Repeated withdrawal requests followed by cancellations may result in delays or account review.
To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security, all players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. This process requires uploading a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) showing your full name, photo, and ID number. The name on your KTP must exactly match the name used during account registration. Verification typically takes 30 minutes to 24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended pending verification.
kobe4d employs automated systems to monitor all financial transactions for patterns indicative of money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited activities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Players involved in bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion, or other fraudulent schemes will have their accounts permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible players at kobe4d's sole discretion. Not all players may qualify for all bonuses. Bonus eligibility depends on factors including account age, deposit history, game play patterns, and compliance with previous bonus terms. Players who have violated these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse are permanently ineligible for all current and future promotions.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and some games (e.g., certain high-RTP slots) may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates and excluded games are listed in each bonus's detailed terms.
Each bonus offer includes specific terms detailing minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active (typically Rp 50,000 per round), and expiration periods. You must read and comply with all bonus-specific terms. Violating any bonus term, including exceeding the maximum bet or playing excluded games, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and cancellation of associated winnings.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only claim one bonus at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses or claim the same bonus multiple times. Players who abuse bonuses through collusion with other accounts, chip dumping, or other manipulation strategies will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently banned.
kobe4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions if we determine they have abused bonuses in the past or are ineligible for other reasons. All bonus decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
All players must engage in fair play at all times. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: use of bots, scripts, or automated software; collusion with other players; chip dumping or money passing; exploitation of software bugs or technical vulnerabilities; and any form of cheating or manipulation. Players suspected of unfair play will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. If prohibited activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
For our sportsbook services (covering BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other football leagues, as well as bandar bola markets), players must not have any inside information about matches that could provide an unfair advantage. Betting on matches in which you, a family member, or close associate has a professional involvement (as player, coach, referee, or official) is strictly prohibited. Using your account for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities, is strictly forbidden. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language or behavior directed at customer service agents, dealers, or other players will result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on severity. This applies to all communication channels including live chat, email, and in-game messaging.

If we discover a player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all deposits refunded (minus any winnings), and the case reported to appropriate authorities if required by law. We provide several tools to help players manage their gaming responsibly. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, kobe4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; server downtime or technical malfunctions; errors in game outcomes due to software bugs (though we will correct confirmed errors); unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security; or actions of third parties such as payment processors or internet service providers. Our total liability to you for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent authority, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
kobe4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you continue to use kobe4d services after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
